Product Description<\/b><\/strong>\uff1a<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Aquolin 268<\/a>\u00a0is a water dispersible polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate\u00a0(HDI). In combination with waterborne polyurethane, polyacrylate, etc., it can be used\u00a0for water-borne coatings and adhesive. After addition of Aquolin 268, the ready-to-use\u00a0mixture must be used within the pot life.<\/h3>\n

Aquolin 268 can be diluted with the solvents, such as propylene glycol methyl ether\u00a0acetate (PMA), propylene glycol diacetate (PGDA), butyl acetate, etc. Only PU grade\u00a0solvents (< 0.05% water) should be used and the solvents must be tested in advance by\u00a0the user to determine suitability.<\/h3>\n

    Storage\uff1a<\/h3>\n

    The product should be stored in dry conditions above 5\u00b0C and below 35\u00b0C with the<\/h3>\n

    integrity of the packaging, and prevent direct sunlight. The validity of this product is for<\/h3>\n

    12 months, performance assessment is recommended before use after shelf life. The\u00a0product should be protected from freezing during storage. Water dispersible\u00a0polyisocyanates are very moisture-sensitive and react with water to form carbon dioxide\u00a0and insoluble ureas. The generation of carbon dioxide can lead to dangerous increases\u00a0in pressure. The containers must always be kept tightly closed and the access of water in\u00a0all forms must be prevented. It is suggested to use up once the package is open.<\/h3>\n
