\n Desmodur\u00ae N75 BA can be used with esters, ketones, and aromatic solvents such as: methoxypropyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone , Methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, No. 100 naphtha solvent and its mixture dilution. Generally have good miscibility with these solvents. However, the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Polyurethane grade solvents should be used (less than 0.05% water, no reactive groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups). Butyl acetate and ethyl acetate are not recommended as the single and main diluent, because the solution with low solid content is unstable. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as solvents. Desmodur\u00ae N75 BA should not be diluted below 40% solids. Solutions with low binder content may develop turbidity and precipitation after long-term storage. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Compatibility <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Desmodur\u00ae N75 BA can generally be used with the following products. Namely: Desmodur\u00ae N3200, N3300, N3400, N3600 and Desmodur\u00ae Z4470 aliphatic polyisocyanates; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Desmodur\u00ae L, HL and IL type aromatic polyisocyanates; Desmophen\u00ae 651 and 670 type polyester polyols; Desmophen\u00ae A type polyacrylates; Desmophen\u00ae 1380BT type polyethers Polyol. However, the compatibility of the prepared solutions must be tested. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Features\/Applications <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Desmodur\u00ae N75 BA is mainly used as a curing agent component of lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with good chemical resistance Good quality, weather resistance, excellent gloss retention and excellent mechanical properties. Ideal co-reactants are polyacrylate or polyester polyols. Coating systems formulated with Desmodur\u00ae N75 are suitable for self-drying and oven-drying applications for automotive and industrial finishes such as wood, furniture, plastic finishing and corrosion protection. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Save <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Desmodur\u00ae N75 is sensitive to moisture and should be stored in the sealed original container. When stored under proper conditions at room temperature, this product has a shelf life of at least 6 months. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Flammable. Skin contact may cause a sensitization reaction. Repeated exposure to this product can cause dry, cracked skin. Product vapor may cause drowsiness, dizziness. Contains isocyanates.
