Application<\/strong>
\nTolonate\u00ae D2 is especially used as a cross-linking agent for hydroxyl polymers, Polyester and polyacrylic polyols in particular for the preparation of one-component heat-curing polyurethane weatherable coatings with excellent mechanical properties combined with outstanding solvent, abrasion and chemical resistance. Usually,
\nTolonate D2 is used in automotive OEM paint formulations, can and coil coatings and some general industrial coatings for metals. Curing conditions are typically 20 to 40 minutes at 140-160\u00b0C (285-305\u00b0F), or 30 to 35 seconds at 320\u00b0C.<\/h4>\n
