Dabco XD-104 is a highly efficient tertiary amine catalyst used in polyurethane shoe sole systems;<\/h4>\n

Dabco XD-104 chemically binds into the polyurethane foam matrix, while improving the flow and skin cure of the shoe sole foam system and shortening the demolding time;<\/h4>\n

Dabco XD-104 can be used as a co-catalyst in conjunction with other primary or delayed catalysts;<\/h4>\n

The recommended dosage of Dabco XD-104 for use in shoe sole systems is 0.1-1.5 PPHP (per one hundred parts of polyol).<\/h4>\n
