Polyurethane sealer BA100/Polyurethane delayed sealer

Overview:

Product name: polyurethane sealer BA100

Alias: polyurethane sealer BA100, delayed catalyst BA100, polyurethane sealer

Product Description: BA100 can be used to delay catalyzed reactions and improve flow while maintaining cure time. It is reactive to isocyanates and will react to a polymer matrix. It is typically used with non-emissive catalysts such as NE1070, NE500 or NE210 catalysts, but can also be used with conventional tertiary amine catalysts to delay the catalytic reaction.

Product Physical Properties:

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid

Specific gravity: 1.1g/cm3

Viscosity: 2300mPa.s

Water solubility (25℃): partially soluble

Flash point: >200℃

Product use:

BA100 can be used to delay catalytic reaction and improve fluidity while maintaining curing time. It is reactive to isocyanates and will react to a polymer matrix. It is typically used with non-emissive catalysts such as NE1070, NE500 or NE210 catalysts, but can also be used with conventional tertiary amine catalysts to delay the catalytic reaction.

BA100 sealers are used in TDI or TDI / MDI high resilient (HR) foams as well as TDI / MDI or MDI based cold cure molded polyurethane foams. The higher amine content can be used to accelerate the cure time while maintaining a long emulsification time.
